"In an effort to address the challenges of the current recession, the Stamford Partnership, the Stamford Urban Redevelopment Commission, the Stamford Planning Board and the Stamford Economic Development Commission are reaching out to dynamic and knowledgeable citizens to participate in a series of discussions about the conditions facing us and about how to respond to them."
